Happy New Year!

It's that time of year where resolutions are made again. Now I normally have great difficulty in keeping my new years resolutions:

End world hunger!
Stop climate change!
Prevent war!

OK, they are not really my new years resolutions, but for the success I have in carrying them through they might as well be! To that end I have decided to make some more realistic resolutions for the new year.

I resolve to:

Get even more angry about things.
Blog more regularly and not only about things that make me angry.
Get at least an alpha release of Benchpress out there and GPL'd
Replace the overly complicated (for my needs) Lifetype blogging software with my own based on Benchpress of course.
Learn more about Linux.
Try more distros – even getting a working Slackware install by the end of the year *
Have another go at getting in to C / C++
Continue to try and convert Windows Heathens to the freedom that is Linux.
Grow ear hair.

* OK, Maybe the Slackware thing is a little optimistic but I have got to have a challenge in there.
